BEESWAX WATERCOLOR RESIST is created by the application of beeswax and watercolor to enhance the natural glow of translucent pigments. Made on a delicate vegetable-fiber paper, each piece of the collage allows the underlying layers to show through. This is an intuitive process, with images that emerge from basic mark-making and can produce powerful and evocative narrative paintings.
